All purchases may be returned within 2 days of receiving it. Mail us at care@touchtrolley.in and ship it back immediately.

The cost of shipping has to be born by the customer. If the goods are lost in return, it is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend that you insure your return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for products that are lost in transit.

The items must be with undamaged packing including invoice. It must also be in the original packaging. If these criteria are not met, your request for a refund may be rejected. Touch Trolley shall be the sole deciding factors to determine the authenticity of your request.

An amount of Rs. 50 will be deducted from the total amount as handling charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

We do not have a return policy for international orders.

NOTE: Color variation cannot be subject to rejection of goods or merchandise.
